What's New on Paramount+ in December 2022

Add another to the list of TV shows that no one in New York City even realizes exist : In December, Paramount+ will launch its second spinoff of the massively popular   Succession -meets- Hey Dude! hit Yellowstone called 1923, not to be confused with its first Yellowstone spinoff, 1883, also not to be confused with 1899 , the new German-language Netflix hit about a haunted Titanic or something (no spoilers!). I do think it’ s a bit funny that Paramount’s streaming network is home to two spinoffs of a show you can’t stream on Paramount+ (to watch it, you’ll need access to the Paramount Network premium channel, which apparently exists), but my incredulity aside, there’s no arguing with the popularity of this franchise masterminded by prolific writer/creator Taylor Sheridan (who is also behind the recent Mayor of Kingstown and Tulsa King ).
